Snow globe Project
The program I used to make the entirety of the snow globe was After Effects. I followed along to the instructions of a video and copied him to the best of my ability.
Using After Effects, I was able to create the snow globe stand using a editable rectangle with a gradient attached to it. I then added a text saying "Happy Holidays!"
Creating the snow globe itself was the more difficult task. We had to create a solid sphere over a separate layer and toggle the opacity to make it transparent and more realistic looking. I then added a particle render (particle snowfall) to it, and also a picture inside the globe and giving it a shape using a mask layer.
Finally, I added a background picture to the project. There are some things I didn't get to, such as: adding a camera (so that it zooms in on the snow globe) and customized snowflakes.
Overall, I think the snow globe turned out decent.
